Nature Based (Outdoor) Therapy

“We depend on nature not only for our physical survival, we also need nature to show us the way home, the way out of the prison of our own minds.” -Eckhart Tolle

A unique type of therapy which takes place entirely outdoors in Clinton, Montana (about 18 miles east of Missoula). This therapy integrates the healing benefits of the natural world into the therapeutic process.

Telehealth Therapy

Telehealth therapy takes place online through a HIPAA compliant platform. Telehealth has become more popular over the last couple of years and allows for people to continue receiving care when they are not able to be in person.

Clinical Supervision

I know how helpful supervision has been for me through my career and I hope to provide the same for others. I offer supervision for any clinical students and candidates needing to fulfill supervision requirements or looking for additional support. This can take place over telehealth or in person.

Theoretical orientations include:

– Relational

– Parts Work

– Somatic Theory

– Nature Based

Outdoor Retreats

“One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.” – William Shakespeare

I offer outdoor retreats throughout the spring, summer and fall. These experiences are a wonderful way to build community while enhancing your relationship to self and the natural world. They typically take place for a few hours on a weekend day or week day evening and are located on private forested land alongside the Clark Fork river in Clinton MT (18 miles East of Missoula on I-90).
